Bush Administration: Detainees have no rights
The Bush administration said that Guantanamo Bay prisoners have no right to challenge their detentions in civilian courts and that lawsuits by hundreds of detainees should be dismissed. Meanwhile an innocent man was held for 5 years at Gitmo and released with no apology.
